This is for the moments when you know it’s time to move…

The Momentum Experience is a 12-day journey of small, intentional movements, where I guide you back into steady, aligned momentum, without pressure, urgency, or burnout.


By the end, you’ll feel clearer, more grounded, and more confident in your next step, with momentum you can actually maintain.


This isn’t about big pushes.
It’s about intentional movement that feels safe and sustainable.

How it works!

Over 12 days, I’ll gently guide you through four supportive stages:

  • Awareness
  • Clearing
  • Movement
  • Integration
     

Each day includes:

  • One short prompt (written or audio)
  • One small, intentional action
  • One reflection (no pressure to share)

All delivered via Telegram, and there will also be an optional Telegram chat container for group connection and support.
 

Daily commitment: 10–15 minutes

No live calls to attend.
No “falling behind” worries.
You move at your own pace, with guidance holding you throughout.
