Focus & Thrive are monthly co-working sessions designed to help women complete business admin and backend tasks. 

 These sessions provide structured support, accountability, and collaborative opportunities in a productive and encouraging environment. Some sessions are themed to a specific activity with workbooks, and I’m available to assist with these tasks throughout.
